My Updated Turbulence Training Review
Turbulence Training Review Update:
Published on: July 4, 2011 @ 11:48pm
It’s been another few weeks after my first Turbulence Training review, and I wanted to provide a few updates. Since my last Turbulence Training Review Post, I have dropped another 6 pounds, 22 pounds total in just over 10 weeks, with 16 more pounds to go before Im at my ideal weight.
Im also seeing excellent success with the muscle development in my arms, legs and core. My shoulders are firming up, but are not developing as fast as my arms or legs. Part of that is my fault as I have not been focusing on the exercises that utilize more shoulder activity.
I also found that since I have began really managing my sugar intake, I’m noticing a serious reduction in cravings for sugary and ‘carby’ junk food. The food modules I purchased with the Turbulence Training Deluxe pack have been a huge benefit.
The Turbulence Training Food Modules are very simple to follow and understand, but the thing I like most is the science behind it, its incredible to see how interconnected the body’s daily performance is with the food and drinks we choose to consume. For me it has been a game changer.
My initial Turbulence Training Review doesn’t call out enough how effective this program is in being able to create and sustain a 3 -4 day a-week program that crushes what some try and do with the normal workouts 5 – 7 times a week. My last three workouts were on every second day, and lasted no more than 35 minutes start to finish. I used 2×25 LBS dumbbells and a $15 yoga ball; throw in a little Lady Gaga and some Cold Play, and I’m having fun, challenging and incredibly impactful workouts that are showing significant results.
A good friend of mine, Nathan, (who is a consummate body builder and is frankly in better shape then most pro-athletes), actually read my Turbulence Training Review, at my request, a few weeks back, and decided to give the program a try. I was confused by this, as he is in excellent form, and asked him why? He said mainly it was because he felt he had peaked using the standard exercise / body building methods and diets.
Recently, he called me, and his initial response after 8 days on the program was that he was very surprised at what he learned about nutrition and food/body interaction – especially since he has been lifting, and eating well, (or so he believed), for over 10 years now. He too has given his own positive Turbulence Training Review, and says his muscles have not hurt this much in years. Nathan is also going to cut back his workouts next week to 3 – 4 – (its usually 5 – 6) – and instead of going to the gym, he is going to do it at home, and bank all his saved time into his other work/life projects.
My Turbulence Training Review Updated:
After 9 weeks on this program, I think more and more that Turbulence Training is a really a fabulous secret, its not only helping overweight people like me shed pounds and build lean, strong and defined muscle, its helping seasoned bodybuilders like Nathan, who have invested years building their bodies only to plateau and waste time and effort in continuing a process with diminishing returns, break the cycle and use less time to see better bodybuilding results.
The Updated Turbulence Training Review Summary:
If you really want to impact your body, lose weight, build strength and definition, there is simply no faster, and better way to do it then with Craig Ballantyne’s Revolutionary “Turbulence Training Deluxe System”. At the end of the day, there are some programs out there that will absolutely work, heck if you work out with any consistency you will see results, but you won’t see the results you want in the time you want.
I also really think this program is built for today’s world, where there is so much to do in a day, you don’t want to spend hours exercising with minimal results , you want max results in limited time. Time is simply too precious to waste, and there is nothing better than Turbulence Training in this regard. As you may notice, the program, which I paid $97.00 for, is now on for $77.00 which is a great deal! (Makes me kind of mad though
– With my Turbulence Training Review, I have a link to Craig’s site below with a better offer then what I paid – its limited time, so if you think it’s the way to go, then just do it!
As well, just so you know, if you purchase from this link, I do get a small referral commission, but as the adage goes time is money, and I need to pay for the time and effort to keep up my blog. I also have nothing to hide, and only promote what I believe in and have actually experienced. Its very important for me to be transparent with you.
If you think that Turbulence Training is not for you, or want to do more research, I will save you some time, because time is precious, and I appreciate you spending some time reading my review. Please see below for some other great resources for Turbulence Training Information that I used when first making up my mind to purchase the system. Regardless, I wish you luck in achieving you weight loss and bodybuilding goals, and thank you again for reading my Turbulence Training Review.
